Penza Group is established since 1990, by Mr. Enayat Ullah, founder of our group gave start to manufacturing of Wet Blue Leather with the idea to sell it locally to other manufacturing units. After few years his elder son Mohammad Rafiullah & younger son Mohammad Shahnawaz joined him in the same business. Working together with the fresh mind & with new energy they develop with an idea of making the finished buff leather using that same old recipe of wet blue and export that leather in the international market. With great effort and focused mind they gradually develop their samples and headed to the market to introduce them and their product. Working day & night, they search for the suppliers and the suitable space for their products by visiting several trade shows and fairs, they often exhibited their goods many times to attract the buyers.
In early 2004, they got a chance of a good business with South Korea which runs for almost 2-3 years and when they get quiet well developed they proceed to Italian market in 2006. As the business grew further and bigger they feel the need to expand the plant & machinery. In the initial stage, they somehow manage to purchase the machines one by one imorted from italy itself. Also the chemicals, the dyes & fatliquors which we use are all imported from Germany, which is probably one of the best for leather. From the start, our main focus and goal is to provide the best quality leather to suppliers. With our sheer determination & hard work on serving our clients with best quality & on-time delivery, we become one of the best supplier in Italy. Meanwhile third generation too joined the business as a helping hand to the two brothers & we move forward to sell in China, Malaysia, Vietnam and other countries as well. Seeing our excel in quality leather making many Sofa making company also approach us to buy Finished leather in good prices. Later in 2015-16 our company gets on the top-list of manufacturing finished leather supplying 3.5-4 million sq/ft annually. To manage this big quantity we expanded our finishing unit with new latest machines, we also add few other small units all equipped with modern imported large drums & plant to get the regular suffient supply of hides to cover our orders on time; which is our top criteria.
In the year 2017 we started to manufacturer Belting Leather & Complete Fashion & Casual Belts in our state of art manufacturing facilities with all the Italian machines.
The main vision of Penza Group is to develop a successful and dedicated industry for manufacturing & marketing wide range of cost effective and latest brands of highest quality leather & leather products. Spreading its network to the remote places in India and abroad to cater to the needs of its esteemed customers.
Penza Group believes in holistic growth and development without compromising environment. Apart from the chrome recovery unit and sludge drying beds; rotary disk filters for the filtration of fine particles, dissolved air floatation device, filter press and dual media filter have been installed.
Environmental protection is fundamental for sustainable growth and the extensive equipments installed helps to improve environmental performance of the company.
Water quality is monitored at each stage to ensure proper functioning of treatment and to ensure discharge quality meets compliance. The effluent discharged from the tannery is further treated at the Common Effluent Treatment Plant.
